With funding through the Partnership for Patient Care, this one-day event, which will be held at the College of Physicians of Philadelphia, is directed at hospitals, health systems, nursing homes, and LTACs across Southeastern Pennsylvania. This conference will serve as the launch of a 12- to 18-month regional collaborative aimed at the prevention of C. difficile infections.
