<summary>HCIF invites hospital OB providers in Pennsylvania to a conference being offered in two regions of the state addressing obstetric adverse events. These half-day conferences serve as a kick-off to an 18-month statewide collaborative aimed at reducing preventable OB events.

Expert faculty from PA hospitals will present information on a number of different topics, including early elective deliveries; oxytocin administration; post-partum hemorrhage; OB drills and simulation; and patient and family engagement in OB care. Additionally, an overview will be given on collaborative goals, strategies, and measures that were developed by an advisory panel represented by 18 PA hospitals and healthsystems.

The Philadelphia conference will be held on Tuesday, May 22 at The Down Town Club, 6th &amp; Chestnut Streets, Philadelphia.

The Monroeville conference (outside Pittsburgh) will be held on Wednesday, May 30th, at Forbes Regional Hospital, 2570 Haymaker Road, Monroeville.
